New mother-of-two Alyson Hannigan gets some exercise pushing adorable little Saytana in her stroller

Many Hollywood celebrities feel the pressure to lose their baby weight as quickly as possible.

But new mother-of-two Alyson Hannigan, who was spotted on a sunny stroll with her her daughter Satyana Marie today, has more realistic weight-loss expectations for herself.

'I think by Hollywood standards I'm supposed to be in bikini shape now that my baby is 4 weeks old,' the 38-year-old star tweeted to her 418,000 followers last month.

The American Pie actress added, 'My workout goal: Food drops in lap, not on belly.'

Wearing a distressed black cardigan over a white top, the How I Met Your Mother star finished her casual maternity style in cuffed blue jeans and sensible red flats.

Meanwhile, girly-girl Satyana wore a pink striped tank dress with matching flowered flats as she sat pretty in her yellow MacLaren stroller.

Not seen today was Alyson's husband Alexis Denisof and their brand new baby, who was born May 23.

The couple debuted their six-week-old at a festive Fourth of July street party this week, where Alyson was seen carrying the precious bundle of joy in a black-and-white baby carrier strapped to her chest.

Alyson once revealed to OK! Magazine why she is so fond of unusual names, saying: 'It's funny because during the pregnancy with Sati, all of the names we put on the list were very traditional and old fashioned, and then we went so far away from that.
'But I like names that you can take nicknames out of. It's a little difficult because my husband's last name is Russian, so it's hard to find something good with a last name that's Russian, but longer names work better with his last name.'

However she also gave her daughter's conventional middle names so that they can have the opportunity to have less of a stand out name in the future if they so wish.

Alyson - who married Alexis in 2003 - talked about how her life was changed by becoming a mother for the first time in 2010.

She said: 'It has changed me in every way because my life is so much greater.

'It filled a void I never knew was there - it's the most amazing experience of my life. I just feel so blessed to get to be on this journey, to be a mommy. Satyana is just the greatest baby.'
