Last week he was cleared of a racially aggravated public order offence, and John Terry certainly knows how to celebrate.
The footballer has managed to put his worries behind him by lapping up the sun and frolicking with his family during a bonding holiday in Portugal.
Terry, 31, channelled his inner child to entertain his two girls, six-year-old twins Georgie and Summer.

John climbed up the water feature, much to the amusement of his children, who were wearing life jackets as they looked down and giggled at their father mucking around.
He finally managed to get to the top before dangling in the air and dropping back down into the water.

Terry was also seen on what looked like a large inflatable raft with some guy pals as he continued to enjoy his morning in the sun.

She was also seen lapping up the rays while showing off her toned tummy in a white bikini while holding her daughter's hand in the sea.
Earlier in the week they were all seen relaxing back in a luxury yacht.
It is a welcome break for Terry, who was cleared of a racially aggravated public order offence against Anton Ferdinand at Westminster Magistrate's Court last Friday.

His holiday is now a million miles away from Terry's gruelling schedule last week which saw him arriving at court by 9.45, standing in a dock and listening to legal counsel for hours.

He was accused of hurling a volley of racist abuse at Ferdinand, whose brother is Terry’s England team-mate Rio, after being taunted over his affair with a team-mate’s girlfriend.

He admitted calling him a ‘f****** black c***’ and a ‘f****** k***head’ as they squared up on the pitch.
But the 31-year-old claimed he was simply repeating the words after being falsely accused of saying them. As the pair traded insults, he claims to have heard Ferdinand say: ‘Calling me a black c***?’, and to have replied: ‘A black c***? You f****** k***head.’
The players met in the Chelsea changing room after the match and shook hands, writing it all off as ‘handbags’ and on-pitch ‘banter’.
