So it's only fitting that Lucy Mecklenburgh and Mario Falcone celebrate their upcoming nuptials just as the new series starts filming.
The TOWIE stars were spotted dressed to the nines earlier this evening as they made their way to their own engagement party.

Lucy ensured she was the belle of the ball as she wore a glamorous floorlength black dress and did an 'Angelina Jolie' with a large side split showing off her slender, tanned legs.
The asymmetrical gown made her stand out with its silver jewelled detailing, while she wore her dark locks perfectly preened into an up'do.
She wore high heels and plenty of bling as she held Mario's hand as they walked along the street.

Falcone, who was seen getting down on one knee during the special The Only Way Is Marbs special last month, also looked dapper for the bash.
He wore a black suit with incredibly shiny shoes as he escorted his wife-to-be to be their friends at local haunt Sugarhut.
Earlier in the day they were seen in their casual clothes before putting on their glam outfits ready for filming to restart on the sixth series.

Billi Mucklow was also seen earlier in the day completely make-up free with rollers in her hair before she made her big change and put her TOWIE face on.
