It seems the singer has a rather well-known famous fan too as Australian actress Nicole Kidman celebrated her birthday at Gaga's gig at the Allphones Arena.
But before hitting Sydney, Gaga performed in Brisbane where she was presented with an unusual present from a fan.
The Marry the Night singer was given a vibrator by someone in the audience but she kindly refused the silver dildo.
'Are you telling me I'm not getting enough action? Thank you very much for worrying about my sex life - but I will assure you that all is well,' she told the audience before throwing it back into the crowd and adding: 'Would you like to keep this as a thank you?'
Following her tour of Australia, Gaga will head to Europe in August where she will perform in Finland, Sweden and Germany as well as in the UK.
